Winchester, VA (November 11, 2019) - Overcast skies and mild temperatures made perfect conditions for over 120 runners who ran the Kernstown Battlefield cross country course to decide the VHSL Region 4C championships.
Chas Sumser Photography was there to capture the action and emotion and posted a gallery of images from the meet. The majority of the photos were taken well away from the crowds for a unique perspective on athletic performance.
